David heads International Business Group, which assists companies expand internationally.
Third degree black belt in Karate and the highest degree in oriental weapons. Former member of the Mexican Alpine Olympic Ski Team and a former Member of the Mexican Olympic Committee and the International Federation of Ski (FIS).

Accomplishments
- Started his 1st business in the retail industry while in high school. Sold the business as a 3 store chain while still in college.
- Started 2nd business manufacturing antiseptics, plaster of paris and distributing surgical lasers. Restructured the distribution side to accommodate medical imaging equipment. Added manufacturing facilities for x-ray film while transitioning hospitals from analogical to digital imaging equipment.
- After the sale of his 2nd business, David and his wife Mavi, moved to Scottsdale with the purpose of turning their passion for cross border business, into their third business endeavor. Their efforts created a holding group of international companies in several industries including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and defense.

Brian Shawler
With extensive experience in law enforcement and homeland security, Brian Shawler served as a Supervisory Air and Marine Agent with the Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations (DHS CBP AMO). Brian recently completed his tenure as a DHS CBP AMO instructor assigned to the AMO Academy located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA. He brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his roles, having previously served as a Senior Special Agent with the legacy U.S. Customs Service and CBP's Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). Brian's expertise lies in training, supervision, and strategic operations within the realm of border security and law enforcement.
During the course of his career, Brian has planned and coordinated AMO's aviation assets while supporting National Special Security Events, to include the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City and the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, as well as supporting FEMA during numerous hurricane disasters.
This all plays a crucial role in advising JAG on its path forward within the Visa program, international affairs, and working side-by-side with all the agencies that govern our day-to-day activities.
